Can I get a refund?

How to check my subscription plan and renewal/expiration date?


To review your subscription, please:

- go to the main screen
- tap on menu or setting icon in the upper left corner
- tap on My subscription

Here you can see your subscription plan and renewal/expiration date.

Please note that if you have a trial period now, here you will see the date of its expiration. As soon as your trial period is over, you will see the date of your paid subscription renewal.

How I change my payment plan?

If you have an iOS device:
  1) Open the settings of your device.
  2) Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3) Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
  4) Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase

Android 1) Open the Google Play app. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account. 2) Find and open Instories. 3) Tap Manage subscription or tap on this link. 4) Select the new plan you want to change to. 5) Select a supported payment method. 6) Tap Buy or Subscribe

Can I cancel my trial or subscription?

iPhone 1. Open the Settings of your device. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap Subscriptions. 4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription. Android To cancel your subscription on Google play: 1. Open the "Google Play Store" app on your Android phone or tablet. 2. Make sure you're signed in to the correct Google Account. 3. Click the Subscriptions menu icon. 4. Find a subscription that you need to cancel. 5. Tap Cancel subscriptions. 6. Follow the instructions. ot tap on this link 

How can I get an invoice after my purchase?

The invoice is sent by App Store/Google Play to the email that is connected to your Apple ID/Google Play account. If you didn't receive it, please contact the store. We sell the subscription via the app stores, so we can't issue invoices
